The Goverment of Aragon presents the new CITA Strategic Plan (2021-2026)

The Plan adapts the activities of the Centro de Investigación y Tecnología Agroalimentaria de Aragón (CITA)

(News) The government indicates that the Plan aims to adapt the activity of the center to the current circumstances and to integrate the demands of the society and the agri-food sector

It aims also to optimize the resources, the knowledge of its researchers and funding sources European, national and the autonomous community.

The Strategic Plan has 6 strategic objectives:

  • Align the CITA research and innovation with public RDi policies at European national and regional level
  • Strengthen collaboration with the agri-food and environmental sector to respond to the economic, environmental and social challenges
  • Internationalize the research activity and infrastructures to position the CITA in international organizations and programs
  • Update the ways of working, communication and management economic and human resources of the CITA
  • Increase collaboration between research centers
  • Strengthen communication and dissemination of research results to the society
